- Mr. Habib Maqbool Elahi (Group Director)
Trained as a management professional with more than 10 years of experience in a leadership position, Habib Elahi is leading the company’s operations as Director Operations. He adds value to the organization by his out-of-the-box, visionary thinking who champions innovative solutions to elevate organizational performance, cutting costs, streamlining operations, new business development and increasing productivity. He is talented in developing partnerships, overseeing personnel and developing tactical plans to meet strategic goals.
- Mr. Muhammad Junaid Hashmi (Head of Operations)
Mr. Junaid Hashmi brings over 20 years of diversified experience in manufacturing, operations, and technical leadership, having held key positions with reputable organizations including Adamjee Polymers, Pakistan Cables, and Tri-Pack Films. His professional expertise extends beyond plant operations, covering supply chain management, research and development, product portfolio understanding, market dynamics, business expansion, and cross-functional team leadership. With a strong techno-commercial background, he brings a balanced perspective across operational performance, business needs, and long-term organizational growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering and an M.Phil. in Industrial Management, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
- Mr. Muhammad Asim (Chief Financial Officer)
Muhammad Asim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial strategy, transformation, and corporate finance. He brings a strong track record in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, taxation, and risk management, along with hands-on expertise in mergers & acquisitions and SAP implementation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led finance transformations, optimized financial processes, improved profitability, and strengthened internal controls.
- Ms. Muneeza Kassim (Group Chief Financial Officer)
Ms. Muneeza Kassim is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Mac Corp, previously she has served as the Group CFO at TCS Group of Companies. Muneeza joined the Engro group in 2011 after moving back to Pakistan and served as the CFO at Engro Vopak Terminals Limited and as Head of Internal Audit at Engro Polymer Chemical Limited. She started her career in 1997 at AEG Pakistan Pvt Limited and then joined Shell Pakistan Limited in 1998 where she continued to grow and then moved out to Shell Markets Middle East and Shell International on various global and regional assignments. She is a trusted member of the C-suite, and is known for providing sharp insights into financial trends, governance & controls and opportunities to drive profitability. She has worked on multiple long-term strategies for expansion, operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities. Adept at managing relationships with lenders and has successfully negotiating lines of credit, loans, and other facilities to raise capital critical for business growth and expansion. She has successfully led M&A transactions and financial transformation projects and has experience of working in a highly disruptive environment. She is on the board of TPL Life as an Independent Director and is also Chairman of the Board Audit committee. She has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Southeastern University, DC.
- Hafeez ur Rehman (Factory Manager)
As a veteran production leader, Mr. Hafeez Ur Rehman brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field of chemical engineering with a proven record of operational expertise and leadership qualities. We look forward to the enhancement of our operational excellence with a boost in production efficiency with him at the helm of production affairs.
- Aquil A Khan (Company Secretary)
Mr. Aquil A Khan has over 40 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, legal, company secretarial and finance in UBL, ICI, NIT and PACC. Aquil has done his masters in economics and law and is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Aquil also holds a diploma in banking from the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan and a certification in director education from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
- Ms. Nausheen Ahmad (Legal Advisor)
Ms. Nausheen Ahmad is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over two decades of experience. Having served as Head of Legal and Company Secretary of leading Pakistani corporates, she is now an independent practitioner and has been a Legal Consultant to Macpac Films Limited since August 2021. The Company is benefitting from her breadth of experience and legal knowledge.
- Mr. Darrel Jacob (Group Chief Human Resources Officer)
Mr. Darrel Jacob holds an MBA in HR and a Diploma in Industrial Relations and Labor Law. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources since 2008. He has worked with renowned companies such as K-Electric, IFCO Group, and Gerry Dnata. He is known for driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring Labor law compliance.
- Ms. Mehreen Shah Khalid (Manager Human Resources)
An MBA in human resource management, MA in economics, and a certified Human resource practitioner. Ms. Mehreen is an HR professional with a proven record of generating and building relationships, along with more than 10+ years of experience in the same capacity. Skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. Creating effective presentation and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.
- Ms. Um-e-Farwa (Head of Digital Transformation)
Ms. Um-e-Farwa is a qualified accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) with over 10 years of practical experience, she has evolved within the organization through a variety of roles. With a strong foundation in financial accountability and project management, she is now leading the company’s digital transformation efforts, driving innovation and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
- Mr. Mohammad Fahad (Head of Internal Audit & Secretary to the Board’s Audit Committee (BAC)
Mr. Fahad is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, having completed the mandatory professional training from KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. He carries fifteen years of an all-round industry experience (post qualification) including financial management, reporting & accounting, budgeting-cum-planning, taxation, costing, ERP implementations, managing audits and corporate secretarial matters. He has served at various middle-management and senior-management cadres at some big Corporates, viz. Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Ltd., Crescent Steel & Allied Products Ltd., Master Motor Corporation (Pvt) Ltd., and Platinum Steel Mill (Pvt) Ltd.
- Mr. Atiq Khan (Manager Technical)
Mr. Atiq Khan has been graduated from NED University of Engineering & Technology in the year 2000 in the field of Electronics. He has a total 24 years of professional working (07 Years International and 17 Years Local) experience in diversified large-scaled different Industrial Projects. He is also expert in Installation, Erection & Commissioning of Plants and different High-Tech Industrial machineries /equipment in different industrial sectors. He also has Vast experience in the field of Operation & Maintenance of different Manufacturing plants including all kinds of Utilities. He worked in different management system like Siemens SAP Plant maintenance System, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Occupational Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001) Management System, Environmental Management systems (ISO 14001), Food Safety Management System (ISO 2200), Quality Management systems (ISO 9001) etc.
