The Management Trainee Program is designed to groom fresh graduates into successful professionals of the future through delegation of key projects during the initial stages of their training. Inductees are taken through a career path whereby they get exposed to different disciplines through a specially designed rotational program. Special attention is given so that they are groomed well for their professional life which awaits them, while they are also provided the valuable chance to work on exciting projects to showcase their skills pertaining to their relevant disciplines.
For students, 6 to 8-week summer internships are available, where interns are handed projects relating to the operations of the Company, providing them a chance to build up on their project management and problem solving skills and get practical learning through a hands-on approach.
